H. Homero Galicia, the El Paso Business Coach, is the CEO/Founder of Ascend: Entrepreneurial Growth. He provides business coaching, executive coaching and leadership coaching to business owners in order to build sustainable businesses for continuous growth.

Homero teaches a course in Hispanic Entrepreneurship at UT El Paso. Recently, he conducted a business research project collecting Oral Histories of some pioneering El Paso Hispanic Business Entrepreneurs.

Homero has been involved in the El Paso business community since 1985 when he was the Director of the Minority Business Council at the El Paso Chamber of Commerce. He served as the Interim Executive Director of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce in 1991.

Homero was the Executive Assistant to Mayor Bill Tilney. In 1995 Homero launched his venture as a business owner forming Galicia International LLC. as a computer hardware vendor and later migrated to computer software sales. Homero's experience also includes service as a small businesses consultant and as an educational consultant.
