He has been involved in the El Paso business community since 1985 when he was the Director of the Minority Business Council at the El Paso Chamber of Commerce.  He served as the Interim Executive Director of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce in 1991.  Mr. Galicia was the Executive Assistant to Mayor Bill Tilney.  Mr. Galicia was Director of the Vista Minority Mobilization Project in 1968-1970 in South El Paso.  Mr. Galicia teaches a course in Hispanic Entrepreneurship at UT El Paso in the Chicano Studies Dept.

Executive Coaching is an efficient, high-impact process that helps high-performing people in leadership roles improve results in ways that are sustained over time. It is efficient because, unlike traditional consulting services, it does not require invasive processes, large outside teams, and lengthy reports and analyses to get results.

We work closely with clients in a high-impact process in short meetings (i.e., 30 minutes per session). During this time, the coach and client can generate important insights, gain clarity, focus, and make decisions to improve performance.

Our goal as your Executive Coach is to improve results in ways that are sustainable over time. You want some sort of outcome, usually related to improved profits, career success, organizational effectiveness, or career and personal satisfaction. At the same time, our coaching program is about helping people improve their own capabilities and effectiveness, so that the results and performance improvements last.
